Ingredients:
- 200 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl potato flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 dl blueberries
- Powdered sugar (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and let it cool.
2. In a bowl, mix the sugar and melted butter together.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, potato flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter-sugar mixture and stir until you have a smooth batter.
6. Pour the batter into a greased pie dish.
7. Evenly sprinkle the blueberries on top of the batter.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 30-35 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown.
9. Allow to cool before dusting with powdered sugar before serving.
