A delicious blueberry pie with a creamy topping, perfect for dessert. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 dl cream
- 1 egg
- 250 g margarine or butter
- Approximately 7 dl blueberries
- 5 dl all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 dl sugar
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, cream the softened margarine (or butter) and sugar together until smooth.
2. Add the egg and cream to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and baking powder. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
4. Press the dough into a pie dish evenly to form the crust.
5. Evenly distribute the blueberries over the top of the dough according to your taste.
6. Pour the sour cream over the blueberries and spread it evenly.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 40-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
