A delicious and fruity pie with a creamy filling, perfect for dessert!
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g strawberries
- 300 g blueberries
- 1 egg
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g margarine
- 0.5 dl sugar
- 500 g quark
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat the margarine and sugar together until fluffy.
2. Add the egg and mix well until combined.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and baking powder, then gradually add to the margarine mixture.
4. Spread the dough into a greased pie dish evenly.
5. Layer the strawberries and blueberries on top of the pie crust.
6. In another bowl, mix the quark and vanilla sugar together, then spread over the berries.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (347°F) for about 30-40 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
