Ingredients:

- Gazpacho:
- 500 g fresh strawberries
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 ml tomato juice
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
- Waffles:
- 200 g mozzarella cheese
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 200 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Salt to taste
- Butter for greasing the waffle iron

Instructions:

1. Start with the gazpacho. Rinse the strawberries and remove their stems. Peel the cucumber and cut it into chunks. Peel the red onion and garlic.
2. Blend all the gazpacho ingredients in a blender until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Place in the refrigerator to chill.
3. Prepare the waffles. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the eggs and milk, stirring until you have a smooth batter.
4. Heat the waffle iron and lightly grease it with butter. Pour batter into the waffle shape and cook until the waffles are golden brown.
5. Remove the waffles from the iron and let them cool slightly. Slice the mozzarella into thin pieces.
6. Serve the strawberry gazpacho in bowls, garnished with fresh basil. Offer the waffles alongside the mozzarella.
