Serving Size: 2 pizzas
Ingredients:
- 250 g pizza flour
- 150 ml water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 packet dry yeast
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the pizza flour, salt, and dry yeast.
2. Add water and olive oil, and knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until smooth.
3. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 15-20 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
5. Roll out the dough into two thin pizza bases and transfer them to a baking sheet.
6. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the bases and crumble mozzarella on top.
7. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted.
9. Remove the pizzas from the oven and add fresh basil leaves on top before serving.
