Serving Size: 2 pizzas
Ingredients:
- 250 g pizza flour - 150 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 200 g mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine pizza flour, salt, and dry yeast. Add water and olive oil. Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until it is elastic.2. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
4. Divide the risen dough into two parts and roll them out into thin pizza bases.
5. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the pizza bases.
6. Slice the mozzarella cheese and place it on top of the pizzas.
7. Bake the pizzas in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
8. Remove the pizzas from the oven and garnish with fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
