A delicious and easy late-night snack combining tuna and chanterelles into a tasty dish.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp butter (for frying)
- Spaghetti (desired amount)
- 1 vegetable broth cube
- 1 can flaked tuna in sunflower oil
- 1-1.5 dl chanterelles
- Sea salt (or other salt to taste)
- 1 tbsp dried black trumpet mushrooms
Instructions:
1. Drain the oil from the tuna and set the tuna aside.
2. Crush the dried trumpet mushrooms into small pieces.
3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the butter.
4. Add the tuna, crushed trumpet mushrooms, chanterelles, and water to the pan.
5. Allow the mixture to warm over low heat for about 5-7 minutes.
6. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions and mix it with the tuna-chanterelle mixture.
7. Add the vegetable broth cube and salt to taste, stirring well.
8. Serve warm.
