Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:
1. Boil the eggs in a pot of boiling water for about 10 minutes until hard-boiled.
2. Cool the eggs in cold water and carefully peel them.
3. Slice the boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
4. Mash the avocado and yolks together in a bowl. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro or parsley if desired.
5. Fill the egg whites with the avocado-yolk mixture.
6. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish if you like.
7. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
