A delicious and moist gluten-free and dairy-free treat that is easy to make and has only about 35 calories per cookie. Perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings!Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 bananas- 2 eggs
- 0.5 dl egg whites (approximately 2 egg whites)
- 4 tsp coconut oil
- 1 mm vanilla powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 mm stevia (using liquid Stevia)
- Coconut oil for greasing the baking paper
Instructions:
1. Place all the ingredients (except for optional flavorings) into a food processor and blend until smooth. You can add chocolate chips, raisins, or shredded coconut if desired, but do not blend them in; instead, place them on top of the cookies.2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with coconut oil. Use a tablespoon to drop spoonfuls of the batter (the batter will be quite loose) onto the parchment paper and top with your chosen flavorings. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200°C (390°F) until the cookies are lightly browned. If you want them a bit crispier, you can briefly place them under the grill, but watch carefully to avoid burning.
