This energizing drink is designed to support your running performance during a marathon. It's easy to make and provides the necessary nutrients for long-distance endurance. Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Serving Size: 1 liter
Ingredients:
- 1 liter of water - 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of citric acid
- 1/2 dl of lemon juice
- 1/4 dl of sports drink powder (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil the water and let it cool slightly.2. Add honey, salt, and citric acid to the water. Stir well until all ingredients dissolve.
3. Mix in the lemon juice and sports drink powder, if using. Stir until smooth.
4. Pour the drink into a bottle or sports flask and enjoy before and during your marathon.
