Ingredients:

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200 ml strong tea (e.g. black tea)
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
2. Add the sugar to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
3. Add in the eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt, then fold into the chocolate mixture.
5. Pour the prepared strong tea into the batter and mix until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until the cake is set.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
