A delicious dish that combines fresh mushrooms, beef tenderloin, and a savory brown sauce, creating unforgettable flavors. Preparation time is about 30 minutes, and the recipe serves two.

Ingredients:

- 1 - 2 fresh (delicate) mushrooms, sliced
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Clarified butter
- A few lightly sugared lingonberries
- Fleur de sel salt
- Water or broth
- 70 - 80 g beef tenderloin
- 2 dl deluxe brown sauce
- 1 small rösti
- 1 sprig of thyme

Instructions:

1. Prepare the rösti according to your chosen recipe.
2. Heat clarified butter in a pan and add the mushroom slices. Sauté gently until golden brown.
3. Season the mushroom slices with black pepper and fleur de sel salt.
4. Cook the beef tenderloin in another pan to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Heat the brown sauce in a saucepan.
6. Place the rösti on a plate, top with sautéed mushrooms and the beef tenderloin.
7. Pour the brown sauce over the dish and garnish with lightly sugared lingonberries and a sprig of thyme.
