recipe
A delicious and hearty dish made quickly with fresh mushrooms. Perfect for a weekend lunch or dinner. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 300 g fresh mushrooms - 250 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Clean the mushrooms, removing any dirt with a mushroom brush or knife. Trim any tough parts if necessary. 2. Boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain the pasta, reserving some cooking water.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute.
4. Add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms to the pan. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender.
5. Pour the cream into the pan, mix well, and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for a few minutes on low heat.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and combine all the ingredients thoroughly. If the pasta feels too dry, add a little reserved cooking water.
7. Serve the pasta on plates and garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese, if desired.
