A delicious tapas recipe combining the rich flavor of Manchego cheese and the saltiness of Serrano ham. This bite-sized treat is perfect for Valentine's Day or a weekend brunch.
Preparation Time: 2 hours (marinading) + 15 minutes
Serving Size: 10-12 bites

Ingredients:

- 200 g Manchego cheese
- 100 g Serrano ham
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cocktail sticks

Instructions:

1. Cut the Manchego cheese into slices about 1 cm thick.
2. Prepare the marinade by mixing honey, olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Place the cheese slices in the marinade and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
4. Remove the cheese slices from the marinade and wrap each slice with a piece of Serrano ham.
5. Secure the ham-wrapped cheese with a cocktail stick.
6. Serve immediately or allow the flavors to meld for a while before serving.
