A refreshing and budget-friendly drink loved by all, perfect for a warm day.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 liter of water
- 200 g of sugar
- 100 ml of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 100 ml of dried fruit (such as apricots, raisins, or prunes)
- 100 ml of crushed bun
Instructions:
1. Bring the water to a boil in a pot and add the sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
2. Add the lemon juice, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon stick. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
3. Add the dried fruit and crushed bun to the mixture. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Remove the cinnamon stick from the pot and strain the mixture into a glass container.
5. Allow it to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
6. Serve cold and enjoy!
