Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g butter- 1 dl sugar
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl potato flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 3 dl berries (such as blueberries or lingonberries)
- 1 dl sugar (for sweetening the berries)
- (optional: vanilla sugar or cinnamon for seasoning)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).2. In a bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until creamy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, potato flour, and baking powder.
5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
6. Pour the batter into a greased pie dish.
7. Sprinkle the berries on top of the batter and, if desired, add sugar and spices over the berries.
8. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the top is a beautiful golden brown.
9. Allow to cool before serving.
