Ingredients:
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Filling:
- Approximately 2 cups dates (chopped)
- 100 g white chocolate (melted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Melt the butter in a bowl. Add the chopped dates, melted white chocolate, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well.
3. Roll out the puff pastry sheets thinly and cut them into squares.
4. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square.
5. Fold the corners of the square towards the center and press them tightly to seal.
6. Brush the tartlets with the melted butter.
7. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
8. Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
