Ingredients:
- 1 liter red wine
- 200 ml apple juice
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried lavender
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4-6 star anise
- 6-8 cloves
- 1 orange (sliced)
- 1 lemon (sliced)
Instructions:
1. Pour the red wine and apple juice into a saucepan.
2. Add the sugar, sun-dried lavender, cinnamon stick, star anise, and cloves.
3. Heat the mixture over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Do not let it boil.
4. Add the orange and lemon slices to the saucepan. Continue heating for about 10 more minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
5. Strain the glögg into a serving vessel and serve warm.
