Ingredients:

- 1 rice paper
- 1 egg
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons shrimp
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- Mayonnaise
- Sriracha
- Fresh cilantro

Instructions:

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the dry rice paper onto the pan.
2. Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it, then pour it around the edges of the rice paper, helping it spread evenly.
3. Sprinkle the chopped green onion, shrimp, and onion flakes on top.
4. Allow the omelette to cook until set, then transfer it to a plate.
