Rhubarb Lemonade

A refreshing and delicious drink perfect for summer days. This recipe is inspired by international food blogs and is easy to make at home. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: About 1 liter
Ingredients:
- 500 g rhubarb - 1 liter water
- 200 g sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the rhubarb and cut it into small pieces. 2. Boil the rhubarb pieces in water in a pot for about 15 minutes until they soften.
3. Strain the cooking water into a separate container and discard the rhubarb.
4. Add sugar to the hot rhubarb water and stir until the sugar completely dissolves.
5. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
6. Allow the lemonade to cool at room temperature, then transfer it to the refrigerator to chill.
7. Serve cold with lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish.
