Deliciously rich chocolate muffins that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 12 muffins
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 3 dl sugar
- 1 dl milk
- 200 g melted butter
- 1 chopped chocolate bar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the milk and melted butter, and mix well.
4. Combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar) and sift them into the batter.
5. Fold in the chopped chocolate and mix until smooth.
6. Divide the batter into muffin cups and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are cooked through.
7. Let them cool for a moment before serving.
