A vibrant green pea spread enriched with tofu, perfect as a bread topping and packed with protein.

Ingredients:

- 200 g frozen peas
- 150 g soft tofu
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the peas in salted water for about 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and cool.
2. Place the cooked peas, tofu, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic in a blender.
3. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste if needed.
4. Transfer the spread to a serving dish and garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
5. Serve on bread or as a dip with vegetables.
