A delicious and juicy sous vide steak recipe, perfect for special occasions or a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:

- 4 beef steaks (e.g., ribeye or tenderloin)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions:

1. Prepare the steaks: Rub the olive oil, salt, black pepper, crushed garlic, and herbs all over the steaks. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
2. Preheat the sous vide water to 56 °C (medium-rare) or your desired temperature.
3. Place the marinated steaks in a vacuum-sealed bag and seal the bag tightly.
4. Submerge the bag in the sous vide water and cook for 2 hours.
5. Remove the steaks from the water and pat them dry with paper towels.
6. Heat a skillet over high heat and add the steaks to the pan. Sear quickly on each side for about 1-2 minutes until the surface is beautifully browned.
7. Let the steaks rest for a moment before serving.
