Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef - 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 large tomato
- 1 large red onion
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Shape the ground beef into four patties and season with salt and pepper.2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
3. Add the cheddar cheese slices on top of the patties and let them melt.
4. Slice the tomato and red onion into rings.
5. Lightly toast the hamburger buns in the pan.
6. Assemble the burgers: place a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, add the cheese-covered patty, tomato slices, onion rings, and top with mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard.
7. Add the top bun and serve immediately.
