Ingredients:
- 2 dl brewed green tea (cooled to room temperature)- 1 banana
- 1 dl baby spinach
- 1 dl ice cubes
- 1 tbsp honey (or to taste)
- ½ dl yogurt (e.g., Greek yogurt)
- Lemon juice to taste
Instructions:
1. Brew the green tea and let it cool to room temperature.2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
3. Blend until the smoothie is smooth and frothy.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or acidity with lemon juice as needed.
