Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh spinach - 1 ripe banana
- 1 apple (diced)
- 1 cup cucumber (diced)
- 2 cups almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- Ice cubes (if desired)
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender. 2. Blend until the smoothie is completely smooth.
3. Serve immediately with ice cubes or without.
