Delicious sliders perfect for Easter gatherings or any occasion. These two-bite burgers pack a flavor punch that will leave you wanting more.

Serving Size: 12 sliders

Ingredients:

- 500 g ground lamb
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 12 small buns
- 12 slices of cheese (e.g., feta or cheddar)
- Lettuce (e.g., iceberg)
- Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- Mayonnaise or other sauce

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the ground lamb, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.
2. Shape the mixture into 12 patties.
3. Cook the patties on a skillet over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
4. Place cheese slices on top of the patties and let them melt for a moment.
5. Slice the small buns in half and assemble each slider with a patty, lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and your preferred sauce.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
