Ingredients:

- 200 g nachos
- 250 g ground beef (or chicken)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 100 g cheddar cheese, grated
- 100 g avocado, mashed
- 100 g tomato salsa
- 100 g sour cream
- 100 g beans (e.g., black beans or kidney beans)
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
2. Add the ground meat to the pan and cook until browned. Season with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the nachos on an oven-safe plate and pour the meat mixture over them.
4. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top of the nachos.
5. Bake in the oven at 200 °C (392 °F) for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
6. Meanwhile, prepare the avocado dip by mixing the mashed avocado with salt and pepper.
7. Serve nachos with fresh tomato wedges, sour cream, tomato salsa, and avocado dip.
8. You can also make tacos by adding the meat mixture, beans, and any desired toppings into tortillas.
