This delicious lemon nougat cake is the perfect sweet addition to your celebration table or coffee break. The cake is moist and full of flavor, and it's easy to prepare.

Serving Size: 10-12 servings

Ingredients:

- 200 g butter
- 2 dl sugar
- 3 eggs
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 dl orange juice
- 150 g chopped wiener nougat
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 1/2 dl all-purpose flour

Instructions:

1. Cream the butter and sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy.
2. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. Stir in the lemon zest and nougat into the mixture. Mix well.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the baking powder, vanilla sugar, and flour. Gradually add this dry mixture alternately with the lemon and orange juice to the batter.
5. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan (you can also use almond flour for dusting).
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 1 hour. Check for doneness with a toothpick; the cake should be fully cooked and no batter should stick to the toothpick.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
