Ingredients:

- 1 can of mussels (in white wine)
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toasted bread for serving
- Cheese (such as Manchego or Brie) for serving
- Cold beer

Instructions:

1. Prepare the mussels: Pour the can of mussels into a pot and add the finely chopped garlic.
2. Heat olive oil over medium heat and add the mussels to the pot. Let them warm for about 5 minutes.
3. Squeeze lemon juice over the mussels and season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the chopped parsley and mix well.
5. Serve the warm mussels with toasted bread and cheese.
6. Enjoy with a cold beer and relax!
