A creamy and flavorful dip, perfect for spreading on bread or serving as a dip.

Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 dl sour cream
- 1½ tsp white wine vinegar
- ½ garlic clove, crushed
- Pepper to taste
- Herb seasoning to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 dl heavy cream
Instructions:
1. Strain the sour cream using a coffee filter until it thickens.
2. In a bowl, combine the thickened sour cream with white wine vinegar, crushed garlic, pepper, herb seasoning, and salt. Mix well.
3. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the sour cream mixture, being careful to maintain a light texture.
4. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
5. Serve as a dip or spread on bread.
