Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 dl sugar
- 125 g margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 dl milk
- 100 g chocolate (dark or milk)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, cream together the sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
5. Pour in the milk and stir until the batter is smooth.
6. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and fold it into the batter.
7. Divide the batter evenly into muffin cups, filling them about 2/3 full.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
9. Allow the muffins to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
