A delicious mushroom rice dish, perfect as a side or main course, combining rice and flavorful mushrooms.

Ingredients

- 1 cup rice
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups vegetable broth (or water)
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Rinse the rice under cold water and drain.
2. In a pot, bring the vegetable broth (or water) to a boil.
3. Add the rice to the pot and cook on low heat, covered, for about 15 minutes until the rice is tender.
4. Stir in the drained mushrooms and mix well.
5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper. Stir until the cheese has melted and all ingredients are well combined.
6. Serve warm.
