Delicious mushroom and chicken meatball pasta combining flavorful chanterelles and tender chicken meatballs. Perfect for a weeknight or weekend meal. Preparation time: 30 minutes. Serves: 4.

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chanterelle mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 6 tablespoons plain yogurt
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 package pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 400 g ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan and add minced garlic. Sauté for a moment.
3. Add the chopped chanterelle mushrooms and cook until soft. Season with salt and pepper.
4. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, and chopped dill. Shape into small meatballs.
5. Cook the chicken meatballs in the pan until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Combine the cooked pasta, chanterelles, and meatballs in the pan. Add yogurt and stir well.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
