Delicious and healthy snacks made with coconut oil, perfect for a gluten-free option. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: About 20 crackers
Ingredients:
- 2 dl Po Fiber flour - 1 dl Psyllium husk
- 1 dl coconut oil (melted)
- 1 dl water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).2. In a bowl, mix together Po Fiber flour, psyllium husk, salt, and baking powder.
3. Add the melted coconut oil and water to the mixture. Stir well until the dough is smooth.
4. Roll the dough out into a thin sheet on a piece of parchment paper.
5. Cut the rolled dough into desired shapes.
6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crunchy.
7. Allow to cool before serving.
