Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh salmon- 200 g potatoes
- 150 g green beans
- 1 dl sour cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.2. Meanwhile, fry the salmon in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through and beautifully golden.
3. Add the green beans to the skillet and sauté with the salmon for an additional 3-4 minutes.
4. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, lemon juice, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve the salmon and beans alongside the boiled potatoes, drizzling the sour cream sauce over the servings.
