A delicious and nutritious bread perfect for breakfast or a snack. This recipe is easy to make and combines various flours and seeds.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 1 loaf
Ingredients:
- 3 dl water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2.5 dl bread flour
- 1 tbsp syrup
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seed meal
- 2 dl wheat flour
- 10 g dry yeast
- 1 tbsp hulled millet
- 2 tbsp sugar beet flakes
- 2 tbsp dark soy granules
- 1 dl rye flour
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1.5 dl oat flakes
- 0.5 dl barley flour
Instructions:
1. Warm the water to body temperature.
2. Add salt, syrup, rapeseed oil, and dry yeast to the water. Mix well.
3. Stir in all the flours, seed meals, and soy granules. Mix the dough by hand or with a mixer until well combined.
4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until elastic.
5. Cover the dough bowl with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30-40 minutes.
6. Once risen, shape the dough into your desired loaf shape and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Let the loaf rise for another 15-20 minutes.
8. Bake the bread at 200°C (392°F) for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and it sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
9. Allow the bread to cool on a rack before slicing.
