A delicious and easy-to-make spread perfect for topping dark bread or as a salad accompaniment. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 people
Ingredients:
- 400 g smoked vendace
- 2 dl crème fraîche (15-18% fat)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder
- Fresh dill, chopped
Instructions:
1. Debone and skin the smoked vendace.
2. Finely chop the fresh dill.
3. Flake the fish using a fork.
4. In a bowl, combine the flaked fish, crème fraîche, lemon juice, black pepper, paprika powder, and chopped dill.
5. Mix all the ingredients well together.
6. Serve the spread on dark bread or alongside a fresh salad.
