Serving Size: 4-6
Ingredients:
- 150 g smoked salmon- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 250 g cottage cheese
- A bunch of dill
- 2-3 tsp crushed black pepper
- (½ dl blue cheese)
- (1-2 tsp garlic puree)
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl.2. Mix the ingredients together well.
3. Allow the spread to chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
