Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar - ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 ½ cups milk
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons gingerbread spice mix
- ⅓ cup pistachios (chopped)
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate chips
- Mini marshmallows for decoration
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) (or 320°F for convection). 2. Grease a heart-shaped cake pan.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, oil, and milk.
4. Add the cocoa powder and mix until smooth.
5. Sift in the flour, baking powder, and gingerbread spice mix. Stir well to combine.
6. Gently fold in the chopped pistachios and dark chocolate chips into the batter.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
