Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.
2. Soak the potato strips in cold water for about 10 minutes to remove excess starch and keep them crispy.
3. Drain the potatoes and dry them thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
4. Place the potato strips in a bowl and add the oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to coat all the potatoes with the seasoning.
