Ingredients:
- Cake layers (6 filling layers)
- 300 g dark chocolate
- 200 g white chocolate
- 3 dl cream
- 250 g fresh strawberries
- Pink food coloring (optional)
- Rose-shaped decorations (e.g., fondant)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the cake layers according to your preferred recipe and allow them to cool.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool slightly.
3. Prepare the white chocolate filling by melting the white chocolate and mixing it with whipped cream.
4. Slice the cake layers into three pieces, creating six filling layers.
5. Start assembling the cake by placing the first layer on a serving platter.
6. Spread a layer of white chocolate filling on top and add sliced strawberries.
7. Continue layering until all cake layers are used.
8. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Optionally, add pink food coloring to tint the cream.
9. Cover the top and sides of the cake with the whipped cream.
10. Decorate the cake with rose-shaped decorations.
11. Allow the cake to set in the refrigerator before serving.
