Ingredients:

- 4 fillets of white fish (e.g., salmon or pike)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 100 grams fresh herbs (e.g., basil and parsley)
- 200 grams fresh vegetables (e.g., zucchini, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes)
- 1 bottle of Barton & Guestier Rosé wine

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
3. Cook the fish fillets in the pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and golden brown.
4. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and sauté them in the pan after the fish for about 3-4 minutes, until they are tender but still crisp.
5. Add fresh herbs to the vegetables and stir to combine.
6. Serve the fish and vegetables alongside the rosé wine.
