Ingredients:
- 250 g tempeh- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cut the tempeh into cubes and sauté in sesame oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown.2. Add the crushed garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, coconut sugar, and lime juice. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes until the marinade is absorbed by the tempeh.
3. Chop the cauliflower into small pieces and place them in a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower resembles rice.
4. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the cauliflower rice. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve the Tempe Manis over the cauliflower rice and garnish with fresh cilantro.
