A delicious and moist pineapple muesli pie that is easy to make with pantry staples. Perfect for coffee breaks or as a dessert.

Ingredients:
Crust:
- 75 g butter
- 0.75 dl sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 dl graham flour
- 1.5 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Filling:
- 0.3 dl sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 dl Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 can crushed pineapple (2 dl)
- 2 dl muesli (e.g., fruit muesli)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the filling ingredients and set aside.
2. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and melt the butter.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the melted butter and sugar until creamy, then add the egg while whisking.
4. Gradually add the mixed flours and baking powder to the batter, mixing well until combined.
5. Pour the batter into a greased pie dish and smooth the surface.
6. Spread the filling mixture over the pie crust evenly.
7. Bake in the oven on the middle rack for about 40 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
