*Delicious Finnish almond and spice cakes perfect for any occasion.*

Ingredients:
- 225 g butter
- 1.5 dl sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl almond flour
- 1.5 dl crushed gingerbread cookies
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, almond flour, and crushed gingerbread cookies.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter-sugar mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
6. Divide the batter evenly into muffin or tart pans.
7. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cakes are golden brown and cooked through.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
