Delicious and quickly prepared Runeberg cakes made conveniently in a mug in the microwave. The perfect option for busy moments when you want to indulge. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter - 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 dl raspberry jam
- Powdered sugar and water (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a mug in the microwave. 2. Add the sugar and mix well.
3. Add the egg and stir until smooth.
4. Incorporate the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Mix all ingredients well.
5. Add raspberry jam in the center of the batter.
6. Cook in the microwave on high for about 1 minute or until the cake is cooked through.
7. Allow to cool for a moment, then decorate with a glaze made from powdered sugar and water.
