Serving Size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of rye bread
- 1 can of yogurt
- ½ cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- 2 cups of frozen blueberries
Instructions:
1. Crumble the rye bread into small pieces and lightly toast them in a pan until crispy.
2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
3. Gently fold the blueberries into the yogurt mixture, being careful not to crush them too much.
4. Take a serving dish and layer the toasted rye bread at the bottom.
5. Pour the yogurt-blueberry mixture over the bread and smooth the surface.
6. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours to set.
7. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh blueberries or mint leaves if desired.
