Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes
- Olive oil
- Fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- Water
Instructions:
1. Wash and peel the potatoes.
2. In a pot, add water and sea salt. Bring the water to a boil.
3. Add the potatoes to the boiling water and cook for about 10-15 minutes, until they are almost tender.
4. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
6. Add the potatoes to the skillet and fry until they are golden brown.
7. Stir in fresh rosemary and mix well.
