Ingredients:
- 1 stale buccoleipä (Italian bread)
- Leftover pieces of rabbit and deer meat
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- 2-3 pieces of cheese scraps (e.g., smoked cheese and parmesan)
- 3 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions:
1. Slice the stale buccoleipä and spread butter on the bread slices.
2. In a bowl, mix the pieces of rabbit and deer meat, cottage cheese, grated cheese, and eggs.
3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
4. Evenly spread the mixture over the bread slices.
5. Place the bread in the oven under the broiler and bake for a few minutes until the top is nicely browned.
